How do I connect my Weenat weather station to Abelio?

Connect your Weenat weather stations to Abelio to optimize fertilization, treatments and irrigation.

Abelio is a decision-support solution that optimizes fertilization, crop protection and irrigation. Drawing on agro-meteorological, satellite and field data analysis, it provides modulation maps and stress indicators to precisely adjust interventions within the plot.

On the Weenat side

To configure it, you need 2 things: 

  1. Your Weenat API key
  2. The weather station ID
  3. Activate the option on the plot

Your Weenat API key

Creating an API key is very simple. Just go to this page https://app.weenat.com/me/api, click on "Create a key", give it a name and confirm. That's it, your key is created.

 

The plot ID

To retrieve the plot ID: 

  1. Go to the plot you want to connect
  2. Retrieve the ID from the URL bar of your browser (it is the last number shown in the URL)

 

Activate the integration on the plot

Finally:

  1. Once your sensors are linked to a plot, go to the plot of your choice
  2. Click on "Add an integration"
  3. Select "Abelio"

 


On the Abelio side

  1. Go to "My farms", select the farm and then go to "Weather stations and probes"

  2. In each plot, in the manufacturer field, select "Weenat"
  3. Paste the plot ID into the "Station Code" field
  4. Paste the API key into the "API Key" field
  5. Save
