If your email address changes or you want to switch from one email address to another, this is possible directly from the application. This new email address will be used to:
- Log in to the Weenat application
- Receive alerts
To do this:
- Go to "My account" then "Security & privacy".
- Click on "Edit" next to your current email address.
- Enter your new email address and save.
- Confirm sending a validation email to this new address.
- In the email you just received, click on the validation link.
Until this new address is validated, your old email address will continue to be your login identifier and the address used to receive alerts.
