How to delete my account?

Steps from the app to delete your account 

1. Go to My Account
2. Access Security and Privacy
3. Click on Delete my account

What happens after deleting your account?

Deleting your account will result in:

• loss of access to the Weenat app;
• deactivation of your user account.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What if a subscription is linked to my account?

If a subscription is linked to your account:

• it remains active until its renewal date;
• it will not be renewed after that date.
