This article is dedicated to the third data export option: "Export my organization's data". Discover the other two options in this article: How do I export my data?
If you need to download more data than just the data from a plot or a sensor, there is a third option called "Export my organization's data".
It allows you to export data:
- Over a defined period
- At a defined time step (frequency)
- For one or more (or all) plots
- For one or more metrics (some metrics include several sub-metrics, for example, temperature includes: average temperature, minimum temperature and maximum temperature. The same applies to wind: wind speed, gust speed, wind direction, gust direction...)
- In CSV or XLSX format
You will receive the download link for this export by email, and it will be sent to your account email address.
- The download link is valid for 72 hours.
- The files are contained in a .zip file.
- You must unzip this file and open the file(s).
In the export files:
- Each column corresponds to a metric (temperature, rainfall, humidity, etc.).
- In some cases, a column represents a specific sensor (e.g. several tensiometers).
- Each row corresponds to a moment, defined by the time step selected during the export.
- To understand the content of the export files, refer to the article How do I export my data? as well as the article Understanding export data
In case of data "gaps"
If your plot had a period without a sensor or if one of your sensors could not operate for some time, your export may contain cells without values, but the date column will be properly filled in to help you understand the impacted period (regardless of the selected time step).
Export already generated
If you have already exported data at the organization level and you launch an export again with the same configuration within 72 hours, a message is displayed :
