The Weenat application uses certain phone permissions to function properly:
- geolocation (for example, to center the map on your location when creating a plot or to suggest nearby results)
- push notifications (for example, to know when a sensor encounters difficulties or when one of your alerts has just been triggered, or if a member has accepted your invitation...)
Without these permissions, some features may be limited or may not function.
By default, when installing the application on your smartphone, these 2 permissions are requested.

On iOS
- Open Settings
- Go to Weenat
- Tap Location
- Select “While using the app”
Change notification permission
On Android
- Settings → Apps → Weenat
- Notifications → enable all notifications
- Check that Weenat is not restricted by battery saving
On iOS
- Settings → Weenat → Notifications
- Enable Allow Notifications
- Check the alert style (banners, sounds)
