Log in / Lost or forgotten password

Log in to the Weenat application

Once your account has been created (see [LINK]) and your email address has been validated, you can log in.

Logging in is very simple.

On the Web version, simply go to: https://app.weenat.com and if you are not already logged in, you will see this screen: 

If you are already logged in, you will land on the application's home screen. (see My farm)

 

On the mobile version, the logic is the same and the login screen is very similar.

 

Lost / forgotten password

This is the number one reason why users are no longer able to log in. 

To log in, you have two options: 

 

1. Reset my password

Simply click on "Reset my password" and enter your email address.

You will receive an email with a link to a form that will allow you to change your password.

Change it and then try logging in with this new password.

 

2. Receive a login link

Simply click on "Receive a login link" and enter your email address.

You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to be directly logged into the application.

Once logged in, you can go to: My Account (by clicking on your initials) -> Security & privacy -> Reset my password.

Change it and you will now be able to log in with this new password.
