Account creation
To be able to log in to the Weenat application, you must create an account.
Regardless of whether:
- You created an account on your own
- You validated a quote with a Weenat sales representative (the representative probably sent you a link)
- You were invited by your distributor / cooperative (you should have received an email with a link)
-> You must create an account.
Whether you are using the web version or the mobile version, you will need to complete this form.
Depending on your situation, it may already be pre-filled with your first name, last name,...
Email address
It may be pre-filled with your email address. In this case, do not modify it. If you wish to change it, first contact the person who invited you to make the change. Do not do it yourself.
Password
In all cases, you will need to define a password and accept the terms of use and privacy policy. Regarding the password, we do not have specific requirements for length or character types. However, we prevent the use of "forbidden" words such as "password", "admin", "123456"...
Country & phone number
- The Country information allows us to know which financial entity of Weenat will handle your account and bill you (potentially).
- The Phone number is used for calls related to frost alerts and also by the support team to contact you.
Email address verification
Once this step is completed, you will receive an email to confirm that your address is correct, functional, and that you receive Weenat's transactional emails (notifications, alerts, farm management, billing...).
You must click the link to validate your email address. Without this, you will not be able to use the application.
Once validated, your account setup will begin.
You just need to follow the steps one by one according to your personal situation: choosing the farm name, adding a sensor or not, creating a plot with or without a sensor...
First login
Once your account is created and your email address validated, you will need to log in to the application.
If you are not already logged in, when opening the application you will see this screen :
Simply enter your credentials and click log in.
