Observed behavior
Affected sensors: Weather Station (P+) and Thermo-Hygrometer (TH)
The probe no longer reports humidity and/or temperature.
The reported values are inconsistent compared to nearby sensors.
Possible causes and actions/observations
1. The probe needs recalibration
A normal drift can occur over time, and recalibration may be necessary.
It is recommended to maintain your probes once a year if you have a DSS (Decision Support System) or every two years for other uses (probe maintenance is not covered by the warranty).
🔧 To arrange for probe recalibration, please contact support to receive a quotation and organize the exchange of your probe for a recalibrated one (avoid leaving the sensor without a probe).
2. A faulty connection in the humidity probe
Unscrew the probe
Clean it with a damp cloth
Reinstall it following the instructions in the user guide
Pass a magnet over the sensor’s diode
If no improvement is observed after these actions
