How to activate the Irré-LIS water balance (Mono or Multi-cultures) on Weenat?

Weenat has developed an integration that allows you to retrieve and use your weather station data in IRRÉ-LIS.

IRRÉ-LIS is a water balance tool dedicated to irrigation management. It integrates weather conditions and plot characteristics to model water dynamics in the soil and crop water consumption. The tool calculates the soil water reserve status in real time and makes it possible to anticipate periods of water deficit. It also estimates forecast phenological stages and the crop's sensitivity to water stress according to its development. IRRÉ-LIS thus contributes to adjusting the timing and volumes of irrigation based on the actual needs of the crop.

Prerequisites

In order to activate IRRÉ-LIS on your plots, you need:

• A Weenat Plus or Weenat Expert subscription.
• At least one plot.
• A physical weather station or a virtual weather station linked to the plot.
• A weather data history. Regardless of when you activate IRRÉ-LIS, you must have at least weather data for your plot from 1 September of the current season.

Steps

1. Create a plot and link 1 weather station (physical or virtual) to the plot
2. In the plot configuration panel, click on "Add an integration"
3. Select "IRRÉ-LIS (Single or multi-crop, depending on your needs)"
4. If your farm is independent (outside a network):
   1. Click on "Activate the integration"
   2. An integration purchase contract will start and you will receive 10 tokens for 10 distinct plots. The first token is immediately consumed as it represents the activation of IRRÉ-LIS on the plot.
5. If your farm is a member of a network:
   1. Click on "Send a purchase request to your network"
   2. Once the request has been validated by your network, click on "Activate the integration". You will receive 10 tokens for 10 distinct plots. The first token is immediately consumed as it represents the activation of IRRÉ-LIS on the plot.
6. Then, from the plot page, click on the IRRÉ-LIS universe/tab and configure the plot by following the steps.

Tokens

The purchase of IRRÉ-LIS tokens is a calendar-year purchase. Tokens purchased in one year that are not used cannot be carried over to the following year.
