Weenat has developed an integration that allows you to retrieve and use your sensor data in DeciTrait.
DeciTrait is a decision-support tool dedicated to vineyard disease management. It relies on agronomic models and weather data to assess the risk of development of the main fungal diseases, including downy mildew, powdery mildew and black rot. The tool provides risk indicators at the plot scale and contributes to the positioning of treatments based on climatic conditions and the vine's development stage. It thus makes it possible to adapt the plant protection strategy to the local context and the dynamics of the crop.
- Required metrics: Rainfall, Temperature, Humidity

Prerequisites
In order to activate DeciTrait on your plots, you need:
- A Weenat Plus or Weenat Expert subscription.
- At least one plot.
- A Weenat weather station on the plot or Meteo Vision activated on the plot.
- A weather data history. Regardless of when you activate DeciTrait, you must have at least weather data for your plot from 1 March of the current season.
- Always make sure you have the latest version of the mobile app to benefit from the latest updates and fixes.
On the Weenat side
- Go to the "Integrations" page.
- Click on "DeciTrait".
- Purchase DeciTrait:
- If you are part of a network, submit your integration purchase request and wait for confirmation from your network administrator. Then click on "Buy 5 plot activations" and then on "Activate the option".
- If you use Weenat outside a network (cooperative, distributor, etc.), purchase DeciTrait from this page by clicking on "Buy 5 plot activations" and then on "Activate the option". This integration will be added to your annual Weenat invoice.
- Once the option is activated, you must provide your DeciTrait credentials and click on "Log in". You can also create an account from Weenat by clicking on "Create my account".
- Activate the integration on the plot: either from the integration page by clicking on "Activate the integration", or from the plot page, in the right configuration panel, by clicking on "Add an integration".
- Once active, you can create your DeciTrait plot: plot name, area (ha), usual harvest date, training system, vine spacing (in m), row spacing (in m), downy mildew sensitivity, powdery mildew sensitivity. Finally, click on "Confirm" and wait a few moments.
- Once all of this is done, you will be able to view the current risk level for Downy Mildew, Powdery Mildew, and Black Rot, and can start entering your treatments to monitor whether your crops are protected or whether you need to reapply (rainfall, leaching, etc.).
- Remember to advance the phenological stages of your crop on the plot until it is up to date.
- Finally, you can add the DeciTrait widget from the "Weather" tab of your plot.

Health status notes
We recommend entering health status notes whenever symptoms are observed (date, disease and Ecoviti score).
Ecoviti scores range from 0 to 5 and reflect the levels of intensity and frequency of the disease
on leaves and clusters:
- 0 - No symptoms observed, or just a few isolated symptoms (0 to 1% of vines affected).
- 1 - Symptoms observed fairly regularly (1 to 10% of vines affected).
- 2 - Symptoms observed very regularly but the level of damage remains limited (10 to 50% of vines affected).
- 3 - More than one vine in two shows at least one symptom but the destruction level is limited, below 1% (>50% of vines affected).
- 4 - More than one vine in two shows at least one symptom. Symptoms are clearly present and represent a destruction level ranging from 1 to 5%.
- 5 - More than one vine in two shows at least one symptom. Symptoms are very prevalent and the destruction level exceeds 5%.
Tokens
The purchase of DeciTrait tokens is a calendar-year purchase. Tokens purchased in one year that are not used cannot be carried over to the following year.
